Product Manager — Lender Integrations Function: Product Location: Gurgaon Employment type: Full-time Why this role exists As our business scales its lender network, integration work (new lender onboarding, API/data feeds, rate/eligibility rules, product-side compliance for each partner) has outgrown what a generalist PM can own alongside everything else. This role exists to own that stream end-to-end so the platform can scale lender supply without integration work becoming a bottleneck or a source of quality/compliance risk. What you'll own End-to-end product ownership of all product integrations including lender onboarding — from initial integration scoping through go-live and post-launch monitoring. Define and maintain the technical and data contract for integrations (rate feeds, eligibility criteria, product terms, disclosures) in partnership with Engineering. Own the lender-side product roadmap: new lender onboarding pipeline, integration health/monitoring, and scaling the number of live lender products without degrading data quality. Partner with Compliance/Legal to ensure each new lender integration meets disclosure and regulatory requirements (APR calculation, disclosures, grievance officer details, etc.) before go-live. Be the internal point of contact for lender partners on product/technical integration questions. Define and track integration-specific health metrics (data freshness, rate accuracy, lender uptime, time-to-onboard) and drive fixes when they degrade. Prioritize and write specs/PRDs for integration tooling (internal dashboards, lender onboarding self-serve tools, monitoring/alerting) in partnership with Engineering. What success looks like Reduced average time-to-onboard a new lender. Increasing count of live, healthy lender integrations without a proportional increase in manual ops effort. Zero (or fast-caught) compliance/data-accuracy incidents traced to integration gaps. What you'll need 2–5 years of product management experience, ideally with exposure to fintech, lending, payments, or B2B2C marketplace/aggregator products. Comfort working with APIs, data contracts, and technical integration workflows — you don't need to code, but you need to be credible in technical conversations with engineering and lender-side technical teams. Experience partnering with Compliance/Legal on regulated financial products. Strong stakeholder management skills — this role sits at the intersection of internal engineering, external lender partners, and compliance. Structured, detail-oriented approach — integration work rewards rigor over speed-at-all-costs. Nice to have Prior experience in lending/loan aggregation, BNPL, or similar regulated lending products. Familiarity with loan/credit domain concepts (EMI, APR, eligibility criteria, disbursal workflows).
