This is a high-visibility role with genuine ownership of the UK & Ireland marketing strategy, partnering closely with Sales, Practice Development and the wider EMEA marketing function to accelerate commercial growth. The opportunity: Own and execute the UK/I marketing strategy and communications plan Drive lead generation, demand generation and campaign performance Develop and manage digital, social and content initiatives Lead industry conferences, clinical meetings, workshops and events Build relationships with KOLs, clinicians and industry media Support product launches and strengthen brand positioning Analyse market trends and competitor activity Manage the UK/I marketing budget and measure ROI Collaborate with international teams across EMEA We're looking for someone who has: At least 5 years' marketing experience Background in medical devices, aesthetics, dermatology, healthcare or another clinically led environment ESSENTIAL Strong commercial and lead-generation experience Experience managing events, campaigns and multiple stakeholders Excellent communication and presentation skills A creative, entrepreneurial approach with strong attention to detail The ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-moving environment This would suit an ambitious marketing professional who wants to take real ownership of a market within a growing international business.
