Senior User Experience Designer

Requirements: • 7+ years of experience in similar work. • Documented experience in UX design in complex system and application environments . • Experience in conducting user research, such as interviews, observations and usability tests, and translating insights into prioritized user needs and design. • Experience in mapping, analyzing and developing user flows and user journeys as well as developing interaction design and interactive prototypes. • Experience in translating user needs and design into structured and requirement-based documents that can be used by development teams. • Very good experience with Figma as well as experience with Jira and Confluence . • Experience working with existing design systems and accessibility requirements within UX design. • Ability to independently drive and document UX work from needs analysis and user insights to design, validation and basis for development. • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish . • Experience in UX and interaction design for Android applications and good understanding of Android's established design and interaction patterns. • Experience working closely with Android developers and understanding of the technical requirements for Android applications . • Experience in designing applications that need to work offline or with limited and unstable network connectivity. • Experience in UX design for mission-critical digital tools in operational and mobile environments. • Experience from railway, public transport, transport, logistics or other activities with similar operational conditions
