Product Manager – CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Experience: minimum 2 years of relevant experience Location: Coimbatore Immediate joiner required We are looking for a Product Manager – CRO to drive website optimization, conversion improvement, and data-driven product initiatives across our brands. Key Responsibilities - Define and execute A/B testing strategies, including identifying the right areas, hypotheses, and test scenarios. - Support website redesign initiatives and ensure changes are aligned with business objectives and customer needs. - Apply a strong understanding of UI/UX principles and frameworks to improve website experience and conversion. - Analyze websites proactively to identify opportunities, issues, and potential improvements before changes are implemented. - Perform conversion funnel analysis to identify drop-off points and optimization opportunities. - Monitor and manage key e-commerce KPIs and performance metrics. - Develop optimization strategies based on website data, customer behavior, and performance insights. - Plan and strategize promotional offers and conversion-focused initiatives. - Understand the requirements and objectives of each brand and recommend suitable solutions accordingly. - Work closely with relevant teams to translate insights into actionable CRO and product improvements. What We're Looking For - Strong understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and e-commerce websites. - Knowledge of A/B testing, funnel analysis, website analytics, and conversion optimization. - Good understanding of UI/UX principles and customer behavior. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to identify optimization opportunities and convert insights into actionable recommendations. - Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Experience working with e-commerce brands or digital products will be an advantage.
