Candidate Profile As a Receptionist you will be the welcoming face of the hotel ready to create the perfect first impression; always ready to provide exceptional service in a professional and efficient manner. You will be key to creating memorable moments by efficiently communicating guest preferences and relevant information with every department. You will be a great team player with a real passion for exceptional customer service. The role will be required to cover various shifts and assist throughout the Front Office as needed. Key Requirements The ideal Receptionist candidate would be able to demonstrate the following attributes. Previous experience within Front Office in a 4* or 5* establishment is essential and experience in the luxury London market would be preferred.
