Role Description The Administrative Assistant role at Alevia Healthcare s.r.o. is a full-time, on-site position based in Prague. This role supports daily office operations by managing calendars, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel and logistics for team members and executives. The Administrative Assistant will handle phone calls, greet visitors, process incoming and outgoing correspondence, and maintain accurate records and filing systems. The role also includes preparing documents and presentations, assisting with basic data entry, and supporting internal communication and administrative projects as needed. Collaboration with colleagues across departments is essential to ensure efficient and organized office workflows. Qualifications Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, filing, document preparation, and data entry. Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for handling calls, emails, and in-person inquiries. Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, such as calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office or similar tools) and comfort working with digital collaboration platforms. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Ability to work on-site in Prague and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Previous experience in a healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated environment is an advantage. Relevant education or training in administration, business, or a related field is preferred.
