You’ll Be Great At This If You have experience in talent marketing, employer branding, or marketing/communications, and a lot of drive. You write copy and design campaigns that make people stop, click, and engage. You’re fluent in Ukrainian and English (Upper-Intermediate+) and can shift tone from casual to polished instantly. You thrive in a fast-moving environment, juggling multiple priorities while collaborating across teams. You notice trends, test new ideas fast, and adapt campaigns before they’re old news.
