Are you a skilled Full Stack Engineer ready to make an impact? Singularis Ventures is looking for a passionate Software Engineer to join our growing team in our global capacity centre. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Kochi, Kerala , with working hours aligned to the India/UK timezone . You will be a key contributor to a critical project for a UK-based University Group, designing, building, and deploying innovative, high-quality software solutions. Please note: This role requires participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation. What You'll Do Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, and MongoDB . Build and manage scalable, secure cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform for infrastructure as code. Develop serverless applications with AWS Lambda , manage APIs with API Gateway , and utilize S3 for storage. Write robust automated tests with Cypress to ensure the quality and reliability of our code. Collaborate with product managers and designers in an agile environment to release value early and often. What We're Looking For 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Strong, hands-on experience with our core tech stack: Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, and MongoDB . Proven experience with AWS services (IAM, Lambda, API Gateway, S3) and Terraform . If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
Next, learn who's hiring. Accenture has posted 2,801 engineer roles. andurilindustries, speechify, and jobgether are also actively recruiting. If you're applying to one of these names, research their hiring patterns and interview style before you apply. That homework pays off.
When you interview, expect the question every engineer hears: 'Tell me about a time you had to debug a problem that wasn't in your job description.' Have a specific story ready—not a general one.
