Information Security & Compliance Analyst

Role Overview We are seeking an Information Security Compliance Analyst to work closely with our Cybersecurity Officer to help ensure company wide adherence to data security guidelines. This role focuses on monitoring device management systems, enforcing security policies, and supporting employees in following best practices, particularly in a remote work environment. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across teams to improve security posture without disrupting productivity. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Cybersecurity Officer to enforce and maintain data security guidelines across the organization Monitor device management platforms to ensure all company hardware is properly secured, updated, and compliant Help oversee workflow and access management systems to confirm employees are following security policies Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure secure device and access handling Assist with security awareness efforts and respond to employee questions regarding security requirements Identify and report potential compliance gaps or risky behaviors and help drive corrective actions Document processes, controls, and exceptions related to security compliance Support audits and internal reviews as needed Required Qualifications Strong attention to detail and ability to follow and enforce security policies Comfort working with device management systems and security tooling Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non technical employees Experience supporting or enforcing internal policies in a professional environment Ability to work independently in a remote setting while coordinating with internal stakeholders Experience supporting remote workforces or distributed teams Familiarity with endpoint security, MDM, or identity management systems Exposure to compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, ISO, or SOC 2 Preferred Qualifications Networking knowledge or experience Why This Role Matters This position plays a critical role in protecting sensitive data and ensuring that security standards are consistently followed across a growing remote workforce.
