About Position: We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our MLOps team and drive the deployment, operationalization, monitoring, and maintenance of Machine Learning solutions in production. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, SQL, machine learning model deployment, data pipelines, and MLOps practices, with the ability to collaborate closely with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Business teams to deliver scalable AI solutions. Role: AI/ML Engineer - ML Ops Location: Pune/Hyderabad Experience: 8 to 12 years Job Type: Full-Time Employment What You'll Do: Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams to deploy, operationalize, and scale machine learning models in production environments. Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end MLOps pipelines for model training, validation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining. Operationalize complex machine learning models and algorithms, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance. Develop and maintain adaptable data pipelines to support use-case-specific data requirements. Integrate AI/ML solutions into business workflows and collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to ensure seamless data and model consumption. Build and maintain automated pipelines for generating and publishing model performance metrics to support model governance and oversight processes. Monitor model health, performance, data quality, and model drift, and implement remediation strategies when required. Develop operational runbooks, support procedures, and maintenance guidelines for production ML solutions. Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of ML platforms and pipelines. Expertise You'll Bring: 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 3 years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience. Strong programming experience in Python and SQL. Experience deploying and supporting machine learning models in production environments. Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms, including: Regression Classification Model evaluation and performance measurement Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts, including: Sentiment Analysis Topic Modeling TF-IDF Hands-on experience with: Scikit-Learn Pandas PySpark VADER Sentiment (or similar NLP libraries) Experience designing and maintaining data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows. Familiarity with model monitoring, performance tracking, and model lifecycle management. Experience working with cloud-based AI/ML platforms and distributed data processing environments. Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams. Experience with Vertex AI or Dataiku. Exposure to MLOps tools and frameworks such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, or similar. Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure. Knowledge of CI/CD automation for ML deployments. Experience with model governance, risk oversight, and compliance processes. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.

Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
