About Lilyo Lilyo is building an AI-powered interview co-pilot for recruiters — helping them run better briefings, ask better questions in the moment, and evaluate candidates fairly and consistently, with a human always in control. We’re an early-stage startup, building first for the Vietnam market, and looking for people who want to help shape something from the ground up. The role We’re looking for a junior UI/UX designer to help bring our product to life — from the recruiter’s briefing screen to the live interview experience to how candidates are evaluated. You’ll work closely with the founder, turning early ideas into clear, usable designs, and helping keep our product visually and functionally consistent as we grow. This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You won’t just be filling in specs — you’ll help shape how the product looks, feels, and works. What you’ll be doing Designing and refining core product screens and flows Building out a simple, consistent design system as the product evolves Turning ideas and rough concepts into clean, testable prototypes Collaborating closely with the founder and engineering team to bring designs to life Talking to users occasionally to understand how the product is actually used What we’re looking for 2–3 years of UI/UX design experience (portfolios from bootcamps, freelance, or personal projects are welcome) Strong proficiency in Figma Very good written and spoken English A portfolio that shows how you think, not just polished final screens Comfort designing for functional, workflow-based software — not just consumer apps Self-direction and comfort working in a small, fast-moving remote team High level of self-initative - being capable of working independently Nice to have, but not required: experience with B2B or HR-tech products, an interest in UX research, or exposure to working closely with a small engineering team.
