Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage daily trip operations from pickup to delivery Coordinate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth trip execution Track vehicle movements and provide timely status updates Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns when required Maintain trip records, operational reports, and documentation Ensure compliance with company processes and service standards Follow up on trip delays, exceptions, and customer queries Support process improvements and operational excellence initiatives Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline Freshers are welcome to apply Good communication skills in English and local language Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications Strong problem-solving and coordination skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Preferred Skills Customer-focused mindset Attention to detail and accuracy Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required Team player with a proactive attitude Experience 0–1 Year (Freshers Preferred) Location Chennai Employment Type Full-Time
