Buenos Aires, Argentina | Hybrid, 1 day per week in office Contractor Agreement Base Salary: USD $2,000/month + Performance Incentives We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our marketing function and build a scalable, performance-focused strategy across multiple businesses. This is a high-ownership role for someone comfortable working independently, managing budgets, testing different channels, and being accountable for measurable results. The primary goal is simple: generate qualified leads, improve conversion, and create sustainable growth. You will have significant autonomy to determine where and how marketing resources are allocated, with the freedom to test, optimize, and scale the channels that produce the strongest results. Key Responsibilities Own and develop the overall marketing strategy across multiple brands and businesses Rebuild and structure the marketing function, including processes, tools, campaigns, and reporting Develop and manage lead generation strategies across paid advertising, outbound marketing, email, and other relevant channels Own the marketing budget and determine how resources should be allocated based on performance Launch, test, analyze, and optimize campaigns to consistently improve lead generation and conversion Track key performance indicators and provide clear reporting on marketing performance and ROI Identify new opportunities for growth and experiment with new channels and strategies Work closely with leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals Take full ownership of marketing performance and continuously look for ways to improve results Requirements Advanced English proficiency is required 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role Proven track record of generating qualified leads and delivering measurable marketing results Strong understanding of paid advertising, lead generation, conversion, analytics, and performance metrics Experience managing and optimizing marketing budgets Ability to independently develop strategy and execute initiatives from start to finish Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Highly proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable with significant autonomy Nice to Have Experience building or scaling a marketing function from the ground up Experience working across multiple brands or businesses Previous experience in a marketing agency or fast-paced environment Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, outbound marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools What We Offer USD $2,000/month base salary + performance-based incentives Significant earning potential tied to measurable results Significant autonomy over marketing strategy, budget, and channel allocation Opportunity to build and own the marketing function from the ground up High visibility and direct collaboration with leadership Exposure to multiple businesses and industries Hybrid work model with one in-office day per week in Buenos Aires A results-driven environment where strong performance is directly rewarded How to apply Please send your CV in PDF format and in English.
