What Can We Offer You: Competitive base pay of $20.00/hr per hour commensurate with experience and skills 32-40 hours per week available Work with a team of talented, professional, and fun individuals who enjoy what they do Represent high quality products with the leading professionals in the industry What You’ll Do: Assisting with planning and coordination of call center activities designed to promote positive morale. Distribute Tango gift cards and other employee incentives or recognition awards at the direction of leadership. Maintain accurate call center records, including schedules, pre-approved time off, job titles and personnel changes, and other administrative records. Audit inbound call records to ensure lead sources are accurately documented for Vonage calls. Monitor and maintain office supply inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed. Submit eligible leads to appropriate lead sources for credit and track submissions as needed. Update YoDeck content displayed on call center TVs. Support the onboarding of new call center employees, including preparation of materials, systemrelated administrative tasks, and new hire documentation. Monitor and track Mad City Google reviews by market and maintain related reporting. What You’ll Bring: High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Comfortable learning and navigating multiple software platforms and internal systems. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow tasks through to completion. Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment when handling routine administrative issues. Effective corporate communication skills.
