Role Description The Webmaster de intranet is a full-time, on-site role based in Anápolis, GO. This role is responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving the company’s intranet, ensuring that internal users have reliable access to up-to-date information, tools, and documentation. Daily activities include creating and updating pages, organizing content, implementing design improvements, and coordinating with internal teams to support communication needs. The role also involves basic web development tasks, monitoring performance and usability, resolving technical issues, and contributing to projects that enhance internal collaboration and knowledge sharing. Qualifications Experience with intranet platforms and internal content management; ability to structure and maintain an effective intranet environment. Web development skills, including familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic scripting; understanding of usability and responsive design principles. Creativity skills for designing engaging layouts, visuals, and user experiences that improve internal communication and information access. Project management skills to plan, prioritize, and deliver intranet improvements on schedule, coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Strong writing skills for clear, concise, and accurate internal content in en_US and Portuguese, including guidelines, announcements, and documentation. Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work collaboratively with IT, HR, and operations teams. Prior experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is an advantage, especially with technical documentation and process-oriented content. Relevant education in Information Technology, Web Design, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
