Senior Technical Business Systems Analyst – M&A Integration Location: LATAM – Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Brazil, México Work Hours: U.S. Eastern Time (ET) Contract: 12-month contract About the Role We are looking for a Senior Technical Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support a large-scale IT Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Integration Program . This is not a traditional Business Analyst role focused primarily on user stories, functional requirements, or business process documentation . The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation and hands-on experience analyzing enterprise applications, system-to-system integrations, application dependencies, data flows, migrations, and technical environments . You will work closely with Application, Infrastructure, Networking, Security, Cloud, Identity Management, Service Management, engineering teams, and third-party vendors to evaluate applications and support their integration into an enterprise technology ecosystem. Required Qualifications 7+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience supporting enterprise technology implementations, integrations, migrations, application deployments, or other large-scale technical initiatives. Strong experience with enterprise applications and system integrations . Ability to understand and document how applications communicate through APIs, middleware, databases, file transfers, and other integration methods. Experience analyzing data flows, integration points, system dependencies, and technical requirements . Experience working directly with technical teams such as: Infrastructure Networking Security Application Engineering Cloud Identity Management Service Management Database/DBA teams Experience evaluating enterprise applications and identifying their purpose, ownership, integrations, dependencies, support requirements, and migration/replacement impacts. Experience supporting application migrations, integrations, enterprise deployments, infrastructure initiatives, or technology modernization programs . Strong Microsoft Visio experience creating system diagrams, integration diagrams, application dependency maps, and technical workflows . LEVEL ENGLISH B2 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills. Ability to work independently with technical teams without requiring foundational infrastructure, application, integration, networking, identity, or security concepts to be explained. Strong English communication skills and ability to work with global stakeholders during U.S. Eastern Time business hours. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), divestitures, or post-acquisition technology integrations . Experience with application discovery, application assessments, application rationalization, or technology due diligence . Experience with application lifecycle decisions involving retain, replace, migrate, consolidate, or retire/decommission strategies. Understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, MFA, identity lifecycle, and access management . Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and enterprise infrastructure environments. Understanding of networking fundamentals such as DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, switching, firewalls, and network segmentation . Familiarity with ERP integrations and enterprise platforms. Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, ITIL , or similar enterprise service management platforms. The strongest candidates will combine Business Systems Analysis experience with genuine technical depth .
