Only Candidates from the below mentioned locations and with specified Skill set and Experience need to Apply Job Description mandatory Required Information Details Role Application Packaging – PQA Analyst Required Technical Skill Set Application Packaging, PQA Testing, Deployment Management, Bug Tracking, Documentation Desired Experience Range 4-6 years Location of Requirement Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have** Strong experience in Application Packaging (MSI, App-V, MSIX) Experience in Package Quality Assurance (PQA) testing and validation against enterprise standards Hands-on experience with deployment tools (SCCM / Intune / AdminStudio) Ability to perform functional, regression, and user acceptance validation for packaged applications Knowledge of installation, upgrade, patching, rollback, and uninstall validation Experience in bug tracking tools (ADO) for defect logging and tracking Strong understanding of application compatibility and dependency analysis Expertise in documentation of packaging standards, test cases, and release notes Knowledge of Windows OS environments (Windows 10/11) Good scripting knowledge (PowerShell / VBScript) Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Good communication skills (written & verbal) Good-to-Have Experience in virtualization technologies (Chocolatey /App-V) Exposure to automation in packaging/testing processes Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Release Management) Ability to work in cross-functional teams SN Role descriptions / Expectations 1 Perform PQA testing of packaged applications as per enterprise standards 2 Validate application install, uninstall, upgrade, and rollback scenarios 3 Coordinate and execute deployment across DEV, UAT, and PROD environments 4 Identify, log, and track defects/bugs, and work with packaging teams for resolution 6 Maintain test cases, test results, and packaging documentation 7 Ensure compliance with application packaging standards and security policies 8 Collaborate with application owners, infra teams, and release management teams 9 Prepare and share testing and deployment reports 10 Support continuous improvement in packaging and testing processes
