Key Responsibilities: We're seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain the infrastructure and automation for a SaaS Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform. You'll own CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and platform reliability while working closely with engineering, security, and product teams. Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, deployment, and release processes Manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible) Deploy, configure, and support scalable environments across development, testing, staging, and production Build and maintain infrastructure for integrating multiple platforms and services via APIs Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline deployment and operational workflows Design and implement observability, logging, and monitoring solutions for platform health and performance Provide test execution infrastructure and integrate test automation into deployment pipelines Integrate automated security and compliance scanning into CI/CD pipelines Work closely with engineering and security teams to build reliable deployment infrastructure AD2 Required Skills Master's in Computer Science preferred 5+ years of DevOps/Cloud engineering experience, plus 10+ years of relevant work experience Expert-level experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar) Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized workflows (our CI/CD pipelines and test suites run in containers) Experience building and integrating APIs for platform connectivity and automation Strong proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible) Production experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Solid scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) Strong understanding of observability, logging, and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or similar) Excellent troubleshooting skills for infrastructure and deployment issues Priority Skills: Experience with SaaS/multi-tenant platforms at scale Experience integrating multiple third-party platforms and services Experience with API testing and integration patterns Working knowledge of NIST 800-53 security controls and compliance requirements Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms (SailPoint, Okta, Saviynt, etc.) Experience with disaster recovery planning and testing Certifications: AWS/Azure/GCP Professional, CKA, Terraform Associate Stefanini takes pride in hiring top talent and developing relationships with our future employees. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
Next, learn who's hiring. Accenture has posted 2,801 engineer roles. andurilindustries, speechify, and jobgether are also actively recruiting. If you're applying to one of these names, research their hiring patterns and interview style before you apply. That homework pays off.
When you interview, expect the question every engineer hears: 'Tell me about a time you had to debug a problem that wasn't in your job description.' Have a specific story ready—not a general one. Name the tools, the deadline pressure, and what you learned. Hiring managers listen for whether you see problem-solving as part of the role itself, not a favour.
