Sales Manager (Dubai Business Park Angola / DIP Angola) Reports To: Senior Management Location: Luanda, DIP Angola head office About DIP Angola Dubai Investments through DIP Angola is developing a large-scale integrated business park and mixed-use development in Angola focused on industrial, logistics, commercial, residential, and investment opportunities. DIP Angola aims to attract local and international investors by offering world-class infrastructure, strategic positioning, and long-term growth opportunities. Position Overview The Sales Manager will lead and oversee all sales activities related to DIP Angola’s projects and investment opportunities. This role requires a highly organized, results-oriented, and proactive professional capable of managing a sales team, developing business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth. The Sales Manager will play a key role in client acquisition, broker management, investor relations, reporting, and achieving company sales targets. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Strategy * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and revenue objectives. * Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and accountability. * Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks for team members. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and investment opportunities. * Identify strategic sectors and target investors for DIP Angola. 02. Business Development * Build relationships with investors, developers, brokers, corporations, government entities, and strategic partners. * Lead negotiations and support the closing of land sales and investment agreements. * Attend and represent DIP Angola at exhibitions, conferences, networking events, and investor meetings. * Expand broker and referral networks while maintaining company standards and policies. 03. Team Management * Conduct daily and weekly sales meetings. * Monitor sales activities, client follow-ups, and pipeline management. * Train and mentor sales executives and support staff. * Ensure professional communication and coordination between departments. 04. CRM, Reporting & Operations * Oversee CRM updates, lead tracking, and reporting accuracy. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management and board-level review. * Maintain proper documentation of proposals, negotiations, reservations, and contracts. * Coordinate with legal, finance, marketing, and management teams to support deal execution. 05. Client & Investor Relations * Ensure high-level professional communication with clients and investors. * Resolve client concerns and support relationship management throughout the sales cycle. * Maintain long-term relationships with strategic investors and partners. 06. Broker & Channel Partner Engagement *Develop, manage, and expand a structured broker network locally and internationally to support land sales and investment acquisition. *Onboard and activate real estate brokers, agencies, and referral partners in key target markets. *⁠Establish clear broker guidelines, commission structures, and engagement policies aligned with company standards. Requirements 01. Education & Experience * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred. * Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, real estate, or investment-related sectors. * Previous management or leadership experience required. * Experience dealing with corporate clients, investors, and large-scale projects is highly preferred. 02.Skills * Strong leadership and team management abilities. * Excellent negotiation and closing skills. * Strong communication and presentation skills. * Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. * Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. * Strong organizational and reporting skills. * Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools. 03.Languages * English required. * Portuguese preferred. * Arabic is a plus.
