The Role Perform database administration, including designing databases, tables, stored procedures, views, and triggers Design and develop ETL solutions Optimize database performance through indexing, query optimization, and database design Participate in High Availability / Disaster Recovery tests of database systems Develop T-SQL code, SSIS ETL packages, and SSRS reports Plan, test, coordinate, and perform database version upgrades and apply security patches What You'll Need Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 5+ years of progressive database administration experience Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, including monitoring security, performance optimization, and developing T-SQL code Experience with SSIS ETL packages and SSRS reports Proven ability to plan, test, coordinate, and perform database version upgrades and security patches Experience with SQL Server Replication What's On Offer Opportunity to work under moderate supervision with latitude for independent judgment Contribute to optimal application performance by working with development teams Day-to-day support for databases and database applications Apply via Haystack today!
