Oversee timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies to ensure alignment with business objectives. Drive stakeholder engagement and executive communications, providing clear, timely status reporting and insights. Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and issue resolution. Establish and enforce governance frameworks, standards, and best practices to optimize project outcomes. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
