About the Role The Internal Technical Trainer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering technical training programs for engineering teams, customer support, implementation engineers, QA, and other cross-functional departments. The role ensures employees remain up to date with Spintly's products, technologies, development standards, and industry best practices while accelerating onboarding and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver technical onboarding programs for new hires. Develop structured learning paths for Software, Firmware, Hardware, QA, Customer Success, and Technical Support teams. Create technical documentation, SOPs, training manuals, knowledge base articles, videos, and assessments. Conduct classroom, virtual, and hands-on training sessions. Train employees on: Spintly Access Control Solutions BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) IoT Architecture Cloud Platform Mobile Applications (Android & iOS) REST APIs & SDK Integration RFID, NFC & Biometric Technologies Networking fundamentals Smart Building Solutions Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to stay updated on new releases and product enhancements. Build certification programs and evaluate employee technical competency. Track training effectiveness using assessments, quizzes, and performance metrics. Maintain the internal Learning Management System (LMS) and training calendar. Organize technical workshops, hackathons, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Support cross-functional teams with product demonstrations and technical enablement. Continuously improve training content based on feedback and business requirements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 3–7 years of experience in technical training, engineering enablement, or technical education. Strong understanding of IoT ecosystems, cloud platforms, and mobile technologies. Experience with access control systems or physical security solutions is preferred. Familiarity with: Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) TCP/IP Networking REST APIs Android & iOS applications Embedded systems basics Cloud technologies SQL fundamentals Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills. Experience using LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools is an advantage.
