Responsibilities Manage end-to-end mass recruitment for Game Presenters, Shufflers, Studio Managers, technical specialists, and other relevant roles to meet operational scaling needs Oversee full-cycle HR administration, ensuring total compliance with local labor laws, seamlessly managing contract preparation, and maintaining accurate personnel files Research, design, and roll out competitive localized benefits packages—including health insurance, transport allowances, and fitness perks—tailored to market standards Conduct continuous salary benchmarking and industry trend analysis within the local iGaming sector to maintain competitive compensation and drive high retention Implement, manage, and optimize the company's KPI framework for the local workforce to align employee performance with business objectives Requirements Over 3 years of experience in HR, specializing in high-volume recruitment for the customer service, BPO, and gaming sectors Fluency in Portuguese and English is required Comprehensive understanding of Brazilian labor laws and regulations A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, shift-based environment
