Job Title: Assistant Manager – Training Location: Gurgaon Experience: 5+ Years Shift: Rotational Shifts (5 Days A Week) Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Assistant Manager – Training with experience in Airlines/Travel processes (mandatory) to join our training team for a international process . The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-impact training sessions, ensuring the continuous development of new hires and existing employees, and enhancing process knowledge and overall team performance. Key Responsibilities Deliver effective training programs in alignment with business objectives, ensuring timely and seamless facilitation. Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and post-training performance metrics. Monitor and mentor trainees during On-the-Job Training (OJT) to ensure real-time skill application. Maintain accurate training reports/MIS and share progress updates with operations and leadership teams. Regularly review and update training materials based on process or policy changes. Participate in calibration sessions with internal stakeholders to ensure training aligns with operational expectations. Identify Training Needs (TNI) and conduct refresher or upskilling sessions as required. Conduct knowledge assessments for new hires and production teams to evaluate comprehension and retention. Required Skills and Qualifications Excellent command of English, both spoken and written. Prior experience in delivering training for Airlines/Travel processes (mandatory). Strong understanding of customer service in an airline, travel, hospitality, or customer support environment. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including nights, as per business demands. Experience in training delivery, including process, product, soft skills, or upskilling initiatives. 5+ years of relevant experience as a trainer. Line Trainers and Assistant Managers - Training can also apply. Sound knowledge of airline/travel industry operations, booking systems, customer service processes, and operational workflows. Strong facilitation, coaching, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates currently residing in or open to relocating to Gurgaon . Exposure to International Airlines/Travel processes is highly desirable. Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience in maintaining training dashboards and MIS reports. Why Join Us?
