We’re looking for a Marketing Analyst who is passionate about turning data into actionable insights and helping drive efficient and sustainable customer acquisition. As a Marketing Analyst at Helfy, you’ll work closely with User Acquisition, Performance Marketing, Product, and Data teams to analyse acquisition performance, identify growth opportunities, and support data driven decision making across our platforms. You’ll play a key role in measuring campaign performance, optimising acquisition funnels, and helping teams prioritise activities based on impact. At the core of the group is DoktorABC, a leading telehealth marketplace operating across multiple international markets. DoktorABC functions as an end to end telehealth marketplace, connecting: Patients seeking fast, convenient access to care Licensed doctors providing online consultations and prescriptions Pharmacies fulfilling prescriptions and OTC products Medication and OTC products, including regulated treatments Delivery partners ensuring fast, reliable home delivery The platform seamlessly combines medical consultation, prescription handling, pharmacy fulfilment, and last mile delivery into a single digital experience. Operating in regulated environments, DoktorABC enables millions of patients to receive treatment without queues, friction, or unnecessary in person visits. Responsibilities Analyse Marketing and user acquisition performance across channels, campaigns, markets, audiences, and treatment categories Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support acquisition and marketing decisions Partner closely with User Acquisition and Performance Marketing teams to evaluate campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities Analyse the acquisition journey from advertising exposure to first completed purchase Identify trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities across campaigns, landing pages, and conversion funnels Analyse traffic quality and explain changes in acquisition volume, cost, and conversion Evaluate the performance of channels, providers, campaigns, audiences, keywords, and creatives Support the design, monitoring, and analysis of acquisition tests and experiments Translate complex data into clear recommendations for cross functional stakeholders Work with large datasets from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and consistency Support strategic decision making through data analysis, forecasting, and performance monitoring Requirements 2+ years of experience as a UA Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or in a similar analytical role Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets Experience with advertising platforms, attribution tools, Tableau, Mixpanel and GA4 Experience in B2C and large-scale platforms Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a data driven mindset Experience analysing acquisition funnels, campaign performance, traffic quality, and conversion metrics Good understanding of digital acquisition channels, attribution, and performance marketing metrics Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights to nontechnical stakeholders Experience working in cross functional Agile environments Advantage: experience in ecommerce, health tech, or telemedicine companies
