Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Butikkmedarbeider role based in Oslo. The position involves working on the shop floor to ensure shelves are stocked, products are correctly priced and displayed, and the store remains clean and orderly. Day-to-day tasks include packing goods, handling deliveries, unloading items, and organizing products in storage and sales areas. The role also includes basic inventory-related tasks, assisting with stock checks, and supporting colleagues to maintain smooth store operations. The Butikkmedarbeider will provide friendly customer service, help customers find products, and contribute to an efficient and welcoming store environment. Qualifications Ability to perform packing and organizing of goods efficiently and accurately. Skills in inventory control and inventory management to support stock accuracy and product availability. Experience with unloading deliveries and safely handling goods in a retail or warehouse setting. Basic forklift operation skills or willingness to learn and obtain relevant certification, if required. Strong customer service orientation, with clear communication and a helpful attitude. Capability to perform physically active work, including lifting and standing for extended periods. Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work well in a team and follow store routines. Basic numeracy and comfort using store systems or handheld devices; prior grocery or retail experience is an advantage.
