Location: Boston Metro, MA | Hybrid - 2 remote days/week Pay Range: $110K-$145K | Eligible for discretionary bonus Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday, 9-5 Required: Strong knowledge of HRIS architecture, configuration, data management, integrations, troubleshooting, and reporting Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. About the Opportunity An award-winning law firm is seeking a highly skilled Senior HRIS Administrator to serve as a strategic and technical leader within its Human Resources team. This position is ideal for an experienced HRIS professional with deep expertise in HR technology, systems administration, reporting, analytics, data governance, integrations, and process automation . Key Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 6+ years of progressive HRIS administration experience Advanced expertise with enterprise HRIS platforms , including Dayforce, Workday, UKG, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar systems Strong knowledge of HRIS architecture, configuration, data management, integrations, troubleshooting, and reporting Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, advanced formulas, macros, and data analysis Experience creating complex reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities Responsibilities Serve as the primary subject matter expert for the organization's HRIS platform and related technologies Lead HRIS configuration , system enhancements, upgrades, testing, implementation, and optimization projects Manage and improve workflows across Benefits, Payroll, Onboarding, Workforce Management (WFM), and HR Operations Partner with HR leadership to develop and execute long-term HR technology strategies Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution of complex system issues Maintain ownership of HR data governance , ensuring accuracy, compliance, consistency, and audit readiness Develop advanced HR dashboards, KPIs, workforce analytics, compensation reports, DEI reporting, turnover analysis, and regulatory reporting Perform sophisticated data audits and validation processes to identify and resolve inconsistencies Utilize Power BI, Excel, SQL, and HRIS reporting tools to deliver actionable business insights Support compensation planning through participation in compensation surveys, benchmarking, and compensation structure analysis Lead and support HRIS integrations , data migration efforts, and system connectivity projects. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements Implement solutions that enhance user experience, data integrity, and operational effectiveness Recommend best practices based on system capabilities, analytics, and industry trends Act as a senior resource for HR, Finance, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and business stakeholders Deliver training on reporting tools, system functionality, and new processes Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and user guides Grow Your Career If you are a strategic HR Systems Professional seeking an opportunity to lead impactful HR technology initiatives, we encourage you to apply today.
