We are continuously looking for QA Engineers who can handle manual testing and test automation, to join our Espoo office and work with our industrial customers. We operate in a hybrid working model, with approximately three days per week either at the customer site or at an Etteplan office. Key Responsibilities Define test cases based on end-customer requirements Support project delivery and implementation activities Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and change management processes Skills And Experience At least a few years of experience in software testing Relevant technical degree: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent Ability to understand complex technical systems and support subject matter experts in project execution Proactive and self-driven working style, with the ability to work independently while also building strong relationships with various stakeholders Working as a part of scrum team Fluent written and spoken English is essential, Finnish language is not required but can be an advantage Familiar with embedded device testing We also appreciate Broad technical background or experience across multiple engineering disciplines Experience with test automation and CI/CD pipeline management Working knowledge of at least one programming language commonly used in automation or testing environments, such as Python or C# Knowledge of Robot Framework Familiarity with Azure DevOps AI-assisted software development / quality assurance Why join us? When you interview, expect the question every engineer hears: 'Tell me about a time you had to debug a problem that wasn't in your job description.' Have a specific story ready—not a general one.
