DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) What You Will Be Doing? Implement version control and release management best practices Monitor and troubleshoot deployment issues to minimize downtime Implement and manage DevOps practices for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) Plan, coordinate, and execute application releases and deployments to ensure seamless processes Work closely with development and testing teams for efficient release cycles Monitor and optimize application and infrastructure performance Establish and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) for provisioning and configuration Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures Proactively seek and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness What Do You Need for the Position? We are looking for a talented, analytical and dedicated DevOps Engineer with Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science Engineering, Mathematics or Technical fields or an equivalent combination of formal and informal education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. We expect: 3+ years of relevant experience Experience of Azure architecture and services, GitLab, Jenkins and code release Experience in Docker Orchestration or Kubernetes services Experience in release coordination, and DevOps practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address infrastructure challenges. Proactive identification and resolution of issues to minimize impact on operations Continual knowledge improvements in relevant fields and knowledge-sharing activities for team members We considered as plus: PowerShell, Python, C#, .NET knowledge SonarQube, building tools, code configuration Agile design principles knowledge OpenStack cloud services and Scripting tools knowledge Customer-centric mindset, ensuring that infrastructure services align with the needs and expectations of internal stakeholders What's In It for You? If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
Next, learn who's hiring. Accenture has posted 2,801 engineer roles. andurilindustries, speechify, and jobgether are also actively recruiting. If you're applying to one of these names, research their hiring patterns and interview style before you apply. That homework pays off.
When you interview, expect the question every engineer hears: 'Tell me about a time you had to debug a problem that wasn't in your job description.' Have a specific story ready—not a general one. Name the tools, the deadline pressure, and what you learned. Hiring managers listen for whether you see problem-solving as part of the role itself, not a favour.
