Role Description The AI Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hanoi. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven marketing campaigns that support VNSKILL’s brand positioning and talent acquisition objectives across European and global markets. Day-to-day tasks include using AI tools to analyze market and customer data, segment audiences, personalize outreach, and automate marketing workflows. The AI Marketing Specialist will collaborate with sales, recruitment, and operations teams to create data-informed marketing strategies, manage digital channels, and track performance metrics. The role also involves testing new AI marketing solutions, generating regular reports and insights, and continuously refining campaigns to improve lead generation, employer engagement, and candidate outreach. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage employers, candidates, and internal teams effectively. Proficiency in Market Research, including data analysis and insights generation for international labor markets. Experience in Marketing Strategy development, including planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel AI-driven campaigns. Background in Sales or business development, with the ability to support employer acquisition and partnership growth. Hands-on experience with AI and digital marketing tools (e.g., marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, CRM systems). Good understanding of B2B marketing, especially in recruitment, HR tech, or workforce solutions sectors. Ability to interpret data, build dashboards, and present clear performance reports and recommendations. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Fluency in English; proficiency in Vietnamese and familiarity with European labor markets are strong advantages.
