Lenovo Solutions Services Group (SSG) is looking for a data-driven and business-oriented Reporting Business Data Analyst to join our Europe META Services organization. Reporting to the Senior Europe META Services Ops Manager, you will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable business insights that drive operational excellence and strategic decision-making. Partnering with Services Operations leaders, business managers, and global stakeholders, you will design advanced Power BI reporting solutions, optimize data processes, drive automation initiatives, and deliver analytics that help shape the future of Lenovo's services business. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled professional who enjoys combining data expertise with business partnership to create measurable impact across a global organization. What You Will Do Reporting Analytics: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide insights at first sight, support operational and executive decision-making. Own data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting outputs. Data Engineering Integration: Develop and maintain Power BI Dataflows, semantic models, and SQL-based solutions, integrating data from multiple enterprise systems. Support data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and modeling activities. AI Automation Development: Design and build AI-powered solutions (e.g., AI agents, LLM-based tools, Copilot/Power Platform integrations) to automate manual reporting and analysis workflows. Identify processes suited for end-to-end automation. Business Intelligence KPI Management: Translate business requirements into scalable reporting and automation solutions. Create KPIs and performance metrics that drive business performance, and continuously evaluate which processes can be simplified, automated, or AI-enabled to increase speed and accuracy. Continuous Improvement: Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across the reporting landscape. Establish governance, documentation, and best practices for AI/automation tools to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability as adoption grows. Business Partnership Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with Services Operations leaders, business managers, and global stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical and AI-driven solutions, present analytical findings, and provide guidance and training to report users. What You Will Bring Proven experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering, delivering reporting solutions that support business decision. Advanced Power BI skills - dashboards, Dataflows, semantic models, report optimization. Strong SQL skills, with hands-on experience creating complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization. Experience integrating and consolidating data from multiple enterprise systems and databases, with understanding of data modeling, transformation, and cleansing techniques. Ability to turn complex data into KPIs and executive-level insights. Hands-on experience building AI-driven automations (AI agents, Power Automate with AI Builder, or similar). Track record of automating processes end-to-end and prioritizing based on measurable impact. Comfortable working in a global, cross-functional environment, balancing technical work with business partnership and user training.
