The Cookie Dough Co. has grown from a home kitchen in 2019 into one of Australia's most-loved cookie brands. We supply our own retail stores, 200+ wholesale partners, major foodservice accounts and a busy e-commerce operation — all made fresh from our Coburg facility. Our products are known for looking as good as they taste, and that's where you come in. THE ROLE We're looking for a skilled Baker / Decorator who can both bake to spec and hand-finish our cookies, skillets and signature ranges with a great eye for detail. This is hands-on, craft-focused work in a fast-paced production environment. If you take pride in product that's baked right and finished beautifully, we want to hear from you. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Baking cookies, skillets and seasonal ranges to recipe and brand standard Hand-finishing and decorating — piping, drizzling, topping and detailing with speed and consistency Following recipes, spec sheets and presentation guides closely Monitoring bake times, temperatures and consistency across batches Maintaining a clean, organized, food-safe workstation Quality-checking finished product before it leaves the floor Supporting the wider production team during peak periods WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Baking experience (commercial, patisserie, cafe or production) and solid decorating skills Steady hands, strong attention to detail and genuine pride in presentation Ability to work quickly and consistently in a high-volume setting A reliable, punctual team player Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in a busy kitchen environment Food handling certificate a plus (we can support you to get one) WHY JOIN US Be part of a fast-growing, well-known Aussie brand Supportive, close-knit team Room to grow as we scale Staff treats (obviously) TO APPLY Send resume and a short note on your baking and decorating experience.
