# INDO STATES HEALTH HOSPITAL ## WE ARE HIRING – JOIN OUR HEALTHCARE TEAMIndo States Health Hospital, a 70-bedded advanced technology hospital, invites applications from skilled, compassionate, and motivated healthcare professionals for the following positions. ### 1. OT STAFF NURSEExperience: Minimum 1 year Key Responsibilities * Prepare the Operation Theatre before surgical and interventional procedures. * Assist surgeons and anaesthesia teams during procedures. * Maintain strict aseptic and sterile techniques. * Perform instrument, swab and needle counts as per hospital protocol. * Ensure availability and readiness of OT equipment, instruments and emergency drugs. * Provide safe pre-operative and post-operative nursing care. * Maintain accurate OT documentation and patient safety checklists. * Follow infection-control, biomedical-waste and patient-safety protocols. Preferred Skills: OT experience, sterile technique, emergency preparedness, teamwork and good communication. --- ### 2. EMERGENCY TECHNICIANExperience: Minimum 1 year Key Responsibilities * Assist in the immediate assessment and stabilization of emergency patients. * Support doctors and nurses during resuscitation and emergency procedures. * Assist with ECG, oxygen therapy, suction, airway management and patient monitoring. * Prepare emergency equipment, crash cart and resuscitation devices. * Assist in safe transfer of critically ill patients. * Maintain emergency equipment readiness and documentation. * Follow BLS/ACLS, infection-control and emergency safety protocols. Preferred Skills: Emergency care, BLS/ACLS knowledge, patient transport, monitoring and rapid-response skills. --- ### 3. STAFF NURSEExperience: Minimum 1 year Key Responsibilities * Provide safe, compassionate and evidence-based nursing care. * Monitor vital signs and identify changes in patient condition. * Administer medications and IV therapy as prescribed. * Assist doctors during examinations and procedures. * Maintain accurate nursing documentation and care plans. * Educate patients and family members regarding treatment and discharge care. * Follow medication-safety, infection-control and patient-identification protocols. * Respond promptly to clinical emergencies.
