VMC Operator

Hiring: VMC Operator | 1–2 Years Experience We are looking for an experienced VMC Operator to join our manufacturing team in Chennai. 🔧 Key Responsibilities • Operate VMC machines for component machining as per production requirements. • Read and understand engineering drawings and machining dimensions. • Perform tool setting, tool offset and work offset. • Component loading/unloading and proper job clamping. • Monitor machining parameters such as RPM, feed and depth of cut. • Perform in-process dimensional inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge and other measuring instruments. • Maintain required quality and production targets. • Identify and report basic machining/machine issues. • Follow 5S, safety and housekeeping practices. 👤 Candidate Profile • Experience: 1–2 years as VMC Operator / VMC Setter Operator / CNC Operator. • Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical, Machinist or related discipline. • Good knowledge of VMC/CNC machining operations. • Knowledge of tool offsets, work offsets and tool setting. • Ability to read engineering drawings. • Knowledge of basic measuring instruments. • Willingness to work in a production environment. 📍 Location Chennai 🔎 Interested candidates can share their updated CV / contact the recruiter. #Hiring #VMCOperator #CNCOperator #VMCSetter #CNCMachinist #ManufacturingJobs #MechanicalJobs #ProductionJobs #ChennaiJobs #ITIJobs #DiplomaJobs #ChennaiHiring
