Product Manager — Wearables & Fitness Apps

About Pebble: Pebble is a fast-growing smart wearable and consumer tech brand focused on building products that blend technology, design, and everyday lifestyle. From smartwatches and audio devices to future wearable categories, we’re building products for a new generation of connected consumers. We’re looking for a Product Manager to help build and grow the Pebble fitness app ecosystem across smartwatches, smart rings, and future wearable products. This role involves working closely with app, firmware, design, QA, and growth teams to create fitness and companion app experiences people genuinely enjoy using every day. What You’ll Do Own and drive the roadmap for Pebble’s fitness and wearable companion apps Improve experiences across activity tracking, sleep, heart rate, sports modes, notifications, syncing, watch faces, onboarding, and insights Work with firmware and hardware teams to ensure smooth device integration Translate user feedback, app reviews, and analytics into product improvements Prioritize features, bug fixes, app performance, and release planning Collaborate with design teams on clean, intuitive Android and iOS experiences Coordinate testing and QA across multiple devices and OS versions Explore AI-led features and experiences across fitness, health insights, personalization, and smart recommendations Help shape future wearable categories and connected experiences We’re Looking For Someone Who Has strong product sense and understands consumer user behavior Can simplify complex user journeys and improve usability Is detail-oriented about UX, reliability, and product quality Can work cross-functionally with developers, designers, firmware teams, and operations Uses data, user feedback, and experimentation to make product decisions Has experience managing mobile app products Understands current AI trends, tools, and how AI can improve consumer app experience Bonus Points Experience with wearables, IoT, Bluetooth products, or fitness apps Familiarity with Apple Health, Health Connect, or wearable APIs Understanding of retention, engagement, and habit-based products Experience working on AI-powered features or personalization systems Strong eye for product polish and everyday usability Why This Role Matters You won’t just manage an app. You’ll shape how users interact with Pebble devices every single day.
