Locations: Gurugram Experience: 3–5 years Industry: Wealth Management Company: Stockify Fintech About the Role Stockify is expanding its private-market advisory team and is looking for experienced Wealth Managers who understand unlisted shares, pre-IPO opportunities, and alternative investments. You’ll advise clients, identify new opportunities, and manage end-to-end investment journeys in the fast-growing private markets ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who is client-driven, market-aware, and comfortable working with high-value investors. Key Responsibilities Advise clients on unlisted shares, pre-IPO deals, and private market opportunities Manage and grow a portfolio of HNI and retail investors Conduct research on private companies, valuations, deals and market trends Understand client risk profiles and recommend suitable investment opportunities Handle end-to-end investment processes: onboarding, documentation, payments, and share transfers Maintain strong relationships through regular portfolio reviews and follow-ups Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction execution Acquire new clients through networking, references, and outreach Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/Finance/CA qualification preferred 3–5 years of experience in wealth management, broking, investment advisory, or private markets Strong understanding of equity markets, unlisted shares, and investment products Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to analyse financial data and simplify investment concepts for clients Comfortable with targets, client acquisition, and revenue responsibility Preferred Background Prior experience handling HNI or UHNI clients Exposure to private markets, PMS, AIFs, or investment banking Strong network within banking, broking, or wealth management circles What We Offer Attractive compensation (Upto ₹7-₹7.5LPA) with incentives Fast-growing organisation in the private-market investing space Opportunity to work with unique and high-demand products Strong learning and growth environment ESOPs for high, subject to management discretion and Incentives (4-5X) for high performers How to Apply Share your CV with the subject line: Application — Wealth Manager (Gurugram) 📩 ashishchawla@stockifyfintech.com
