We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales & Marketing Intern who wants to build practical experience in B2B sales, lead generation, digital marketing, customer communication, and business development. About the Role This is not a typical internship where you'll be assigned repetitive tasks. As a Sales & Marketing Intern , you'll work closely with our sales and marketing team and gain hands-on exposure to how an IT and cloud solutions company generates leads, engages prospects, and grows its business. If you enjoy communicating with people, learning about technology, generating business opportunities, and taking ownership of your work, this role is for you. What You'll Do Generate and qualify B2B leads through online research, LinkedIn, email, calling, and other channels. Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers. Understand customer requirements and identify suitable Btrack India solutions. Assist the sales team in lead follow-ups and customer communication. Maintain and update lead information in CRM and other business tools. Support digital marketing activities including social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Assist with SEO, competitor research, and market research. Help create and promote marketing content for products and services. Support sales campaigns, webinars, and promotional activities. Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and campaign performance. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales and customer onboarding. Research new markets, industries, and potential customer segments. Suggest new ideas to improve lead generation and sales performance. We're Looking For Someone Who Is interested in Sales, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business Development . Has good verbal and written communication skills. Is fluent in English and Hindi . Is confident communicating with customers over phone, WhatsApp, and email. Is comfortable with cold calling and lead follow-ups. Has good organizational skills and attention to detail. Is proactive, responsible, and eager to learn. Is interested in learning about Cloud, VPS, Servers, Hosting, and IT Solutions . Can work independently as well as with a team. Is comfortable using technology and learning new tools. Can adapt quickly to a fast-paced work environment. What You'll Get ₹5,000/month stipend. Hands-on experience in B2B Sales, Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, and Business Development . Practical exposure to the Cloud Hosting & IT Infrastructure industry .
