The role involves identifying and acquiring high-volume customers across industries such as FMCG, cosmetics, food & beverage, liquor, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, the ability to build relationships with procurement and packaging teams, and a strategic mindset to convert large accounts into long-term partners. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition * Identify and approach large brands and manufacturers requiring monocarton packaging. * Generate leads through industry networks, exhibitions, cold outreach, and referrals. * Build relationships with procurement heads, packaging development teams, and brand managers. Sales & Revenue Growth * Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire high-volume clients. * Negotiate contracts and close long-term supply agreements. Key Account Management * Maintain strong relationships with existing customers. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance. * Identify opportunities for volume expansion and new product offerings. Market Intelligence * Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and packaging innovations. * Identify new industries and customers with high monocarton consumption.
