About This Team As a Senior Data Analyst you will be a leader in creating a data-driven culture, providing support and actionable insights to help shape the performance management of the business. You will bring the power of analytical insights, and help drive how we continue to evolve marketing campaign, sales channel and guest experience across our APAC portfolio. Core Responsibilities Develop and maintain APAC enterprise Power BI dashboards across sales, guest and product Conduct statistical analysis and data deep-dives to help answer strategic question regarding business performance and provide commentary in our regular business performance review cycle Support the quarterly and annual guest forecasting model to assist with business planning Collaborate with global data teams to ensure alignment on data definitions and reporting accuracy Deliver clear & concise regular reports and presentations for your manager, stakeholders and senior leaders Interact with and support a variety of teams and individuals within the organization to make data-driven business decisions aimed at growth Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in either Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Econometrics, Data Analytics 3-5 years of experience directly related to delivering data analytics 1-2 years of experience with Customer Data Platform and/or large data warehouse Experience with developing PowerBI dashboard Advance data manipulation skills with Excel, SQL, Python and ability to apply appropriate statistical models/algorithms for insight generation must haves Acknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility for their life.
