Join our HR Operations team and play a key role in delivering exceptional employee and payroll administration services across the employee lifecycle. As a Specialist, HR Generalist, you will partner with employees, managers, payroll providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient HR processes while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Your Tasks and Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end personnel administration processes across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, employee changes, leaves, and terminations. Prepare and validate payroll input data, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to the payroll provider. Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR administration, payroll-related questions, and benefits administration. Administer employee benefits programs and support enrollment, changes, and employee communications. Maintain employee records, contracts, personnel files, and HR systems in compliance with legal and company requirements. Cooperate closely with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate payroll processing. Partner with Accounting and Controlling teams to support payroll reconciliations, reporting, and cost allocation activities. Ensure compliance with labor law regulations, GDPR requirements, internal controls, and audit standards. Prepare HR reports and provide accurate employee data for audits, management reporting, and statutory requirements. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience. Support HR projects, system enhancements, and process standardization initiatives. What you offer: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Hands-on experience supporting UK and Polish HR Operations processes is required. 4-5 years of experience in HR Administration, Personnel Administration, Payroll Preparation, or HR Operations. Good understanding of employee lifecycle management, benefits administration, and payroll processes. Experience cooperating with external payroll providers rather than processing payroll in-house. Knowledge of employment law, labor regulations, GDPR, and HR compliance requirements. Experience supporting payroll-related activities in cooperation with Accounting and Controlling teams. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive employee data with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. Experience working with HR systems such as Workday, SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, or Enova. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Advanced level of English.
