About the Role Everest Rehabilitation & Transitional Care Center is looking for compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Inpatient Nurses to join our clinical team in Hyderabad. The Inpatient Nurse will be responsible for providing safe, high-quality nursing care to patients throughout their rehabilitation and transitional care journey. The role involves working closely with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Provide nursing care and continuous monitoring of inpatients. Monitor patients’ vital signs, clinical condition, and overall progress. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Maintain accurate and timely patient and nursing records. Assist patients with daily care needs and rehabilitation activities. Identify changes in patient condition and promptly inform the medical team. Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and clinical care protocols. Support patients requiring rehabilitation, transitional, and post-acute care. Communicate effectively with patients, families, doctors, and the multidisciplinary team. Respond appropriately to emergencies and provide immediate nursing support. Participate in shift handovers and ensure continuity of patient care. Maintain a safe, clean, and patient-friendly care environment. Requirements Nursing qualification as applicable to the role. Relevant nursing experience will be an advantage. Good clinical knowledge and patient-care skills. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work in rotational shifts. Compassionate attitude and commitment to quality patient care.
