We're a company with deep roots and a genuine story. Now we're looking for someone to tell it. The role This is a creative position. We need someone who can take all of that and build a brand presence that is distinctly, unmistakably ours. We're looking for a storyteller - someone who can find the human moments in what we make, create content that connects across formats and platforms, and build the kind of authority that makes clients choose us before they've even made contact. We want creativity that is genuinely yours. Anyone can prompt an AI. We want someone who uses these tools to amplify their ideas - not replace them. What you'll own Brand narrative and content direction Short-form video direction and scripting (Reels, TikTok) Social media authority-building Content calendars and production rollout Community management - comments, DMs, client engagement Consistent voice across digital and offline channels Performance tracking and data-informed iteration AI-assisted workflows that serve your creative vision What we're looking for You're a creative first and a strategist second - or both at once. You have a strong point of view, a genuine eye for what makes content worth stopping for, and the organisational ability to lead a content system end-to-end. If you have a portfolio that shows genuine creative direction, brand thinking, and measurable results - we want to hear from you, regardless of where you are in your career.
