The Bellus Tech Team is looking for a Junior Software Develope r to help maintain and grow the internal systems that power our operations, built around the monday.com Work OS ecosystem. You'll join a small, internal team responsible for keeping our workflows running smoothly and building the automations and integrations that let the rest of the company move fast. As a Junior Software Developer, you're eager to learn, comfortable picking up new tools, and excited to work across low-code automation platforms and modern JavaScript. This is an internal-facing role - you'll be solving problems for our own teams (operations, fulfillment, formulation, customer service), not external clients. Read more about us here: https://www.sbellus.com Behind the scenes, our business runs on monday.com as our central Work OS, tying together production, orders, formulation, samples, and client onboarding. We also rely on automation platforms like n8n and Make to connect our tools together, and build custom solutions in React and Node.js when off-the-shelf integrations aren't enough. This is where you come in! 👩‍💻 Responsibilities Maintain and improve our existing monday.com boards, dashboards, automations, and integrations Build new monday.com structures to support evolving operational needs (production tracking, order management, formulation workflows, etc.) Design and build automations and workflows using n8n and/or Make to connect monday.com with other internal tools Develop custom internal tools and integrations using React and Node.js where low-code platforms aren't enough Work closely with operations, fulfillment, and other internal teams to understand pain points and translate them into technical solutions Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing automations and integrations Write clear technical documentation for the systems you build and maintain Test your work to ensure reliability and minimize disruption to day-to-day operations Follow good data handling and security practices when working with internal systems 🧙 Requirements and Skills Strong English proficiency , written and spoken - you'll regularly communicate with our US-based team Some hands-on experience with monday.com (or a similar Work OS / project management platform) - personal projects, coursework, or professional experience all count Familiarity with automation/no-code/low-code tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar Working knowledge of JavaScript , with exposure to React and Node.js Basic understanding of APIs and how to connect different systems together Comfortable learning new tools and platforms independently Strong attention to detail - you understand that internal tools need to be reliable, since real operations depend on them Good communication skills; able to explain technical decisions to non-technical teammates An organized, analytical mindset and a genuine curiosity for how things work 🌟 You Get Extra Points If You've built monday.com apps, integrations, or automations before (even personal or freelance projects) You've worked with n8n, Make, or similar automation tools in a real project You have an internal need for making processes more efficient You've contributed to any open source project
