Role Description This is a full-time role for a Marketing Specialist, located on-site in Karmiel. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for: Preparation of price proposals and bids for Israeli and international customers. Building and maintaining the company CRM system Tracking and following new business development inquiries Assisting in the development of the company’s new website Enhancing digital visibility: managing the company’s LinkedIn profile, posting updates, and engaging with relevant international audiences. Preparing marketing and technical presentations; supporting the creation of a new on-site showroom. Coordinating with export promotion bodies and exhibitions: including the Israel Export Institute, trade show participation, and leads follow-up. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a tech/industrial/defense company. Academic background: Practical Engineer or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or similar - required . Strong writing skills in both Hebrew and English - required . Basic technical understanding and ability to work with engineering teams - a significant advantage. Experience with CRM tools /marketing content /bid preparation - an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Familiarity with AI tools - an advantage.
