You will also oversee daily and loose documents, ensuring all physical documents are registered and stored per local requirements to maintain the commercial appearance standards of the brand in the region. Taxes & Compliance: Prepare and submit primary tax declarations, ensure strict compliance with local regulations, and manage the submission and acquisition of all needed authorizations for both existing and future stores. Payments Processing: Prepare and process tax and salary payments, ensure correct Social Security payments, actively monitor deadlines, and avoid errors. Operational Support: Support invoicing and payment management, provide simplified support for administrative and financial tasks, and maintain contact with local authorities. You will be in direct communication with our Serbian and Spanish teams , have direct contact with stores, and perform daily bookkeeping checks and registration for all stores. What we are looking for (IF YOU): Have at least one year of experience working in accounting in the same or similar positions. Speak English fluently (essential for daily international teamwork).
