Qualifications & Experience required: MBA or master's degree in HR/Social Work/ from B schools 1-4 years' Employee Engagement Experience Responsibilites: Drive Employee Engagement & Culture Initiatives to enhance employee experience, motivation, and workplace satisfaction. Lead CSR Volunteering Programs and encourage employee participation in community and social impact activities. Analyze Employee Engagement Data and generate actionable insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop and Implement Data-Driven Engagement Strategies that strengthen organizational culture and employee connect. Collaborate with Business and HR Teams to execute engagement programs and foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
