Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role based in Borivali. The Occupational Therapist will assess clients’ functional abilities, design individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy sessions to improve daily living skills, motor functions, and cognitive abilities. Responsibilities include documenting assessments and progress, educating families and caregivers on home-based strategies, and collaborating with other healthcare and educational professionals as needed. The role also involves planning and implementing age-appropriate interventions, especially for pediatric clients, and adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing evaluation. The Occupational Therapist is expected to maintain ethical practice standards and contribute to a positive, professional clinical environment. Qualifications Strong foundation in Occupational Therapy, including assessment and intervention planning skills. Knowledge of Rehabilitation principles and approaches to support functional recovery and independence. Understanding of Medicine basics relevant to therapy, including coordination with medical professionals. Experience or interest in Pediatrics, including working with children with developmental or learning challenges. Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Recognized degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Relevant licensure or registration as required by local regulatory authorities. Ability to work on-site in Borivali, manage a clinical caseload, and maintain accurate documentation. Empathy, patience, and a client-centered approach to therapeutic practice.
