We run aggressive Meta Ad campaigns, move fast, and make decisions with data. We don't do slow. What you'll actually do Design Meta ad creatives (static + carousel) that stop the scroll - daily Create content for Instagram, Facebook, and Reels thumbnails Design landing page banners and product page visuals Work on packaging design, product inserts, and unboxing materials Build email graphics and WhatsApp campaign visuals Iterate fast based on performance data - if an ad isn't converting, you redesign it You're the right fit if: You can go from brief to finished creative in under 3 hours You've designed for D2C or performance marketing before You understand that beautiful ≠ effective - you design to convert You're comfortable with Canva, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator (any combo) You don't need your hand held on every task You can handle 3–5 deliverables a day without losing quality Bonus if you can: Do basic video editing / Reels cuts Create motion graphics or animated ads Understand Meta ad formats and specs What we offer Fast-paced environment where your work goes live - not into a folder Direct feedback from the founder Ownership of the brand's visual identity as we scale Salary: ₹15000-25000/- based on experience To apply: Send your portfolio + 2 lines on why you're the right fit to career@inspireglobalventure.com No portfolio = No reply
