Senior Odoo Project Manager / Functional Consultant – German & English Required

We are currently looking for a strong German- and English-speaking Odoo Project Manager / Consultant to take ownership of several ongoing and upcoming Odoo projects. Fluent German and English are both mandatory. You do not need to be based in Germany. We are open to candidates internationally, with a preference for Eastern Europe, Poland, Romania, the Balkans, Africa or similar regions , provided that communication, reliability and Odoo expertise are strong. The role is highly operational. We are looking for someone who can actively manage our offshore development team, keep projects moving and ensure that delivered work meets the required quality standards. Ideally, you are also an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant and can independently handle many client-facing topics. Your responsibilities would include: Managing several Odoo projects in parallel Coordinating and closely following up with our development team Making sure developers deliver according to agreed timelines Reviewing requirements and estimates Performing functional QA and quality control Testing completed work before it is presented to the client Identifying issues early and ensuring they are resolved Managing client communication and regular project updates Handling day-to-day client questions independently Supporting functional consulting and solution design Keeping projects structured, documented and under control Taking ownership of delivery so that minimal involvement from management is required We need someone who is proactive, assertive and comfortable pushing a development team when necessary , while maintaining professional and constructive communication. The goal is to have one person who acts as the central interface between our clients, developers and management and ensures that projects run smoothly and with consistent quality.
