The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: What You Will Do As a Senior DevOps Engineer , you will be responsible for building, automating, and managing the Workforce Experience Platform (WXP) infrastructure on AWS. You will work closely with engineering teams to design and operate scalable cloud-native platforms, deploy Kubernetes-based microservices, implement CI/CD automation, and develop reusable deployment frameworks that accelerate region-wise onboarding and expansion while ensuring platform reliability, security, observability, and operational excellence. What You Will Bring Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for application, microservices, and infrastructure deployments across multiple environments and regions, including Azure DevOps Pipelines and YAML-based configurations. Design, build, and manage scalable AWS cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes (EKS) environments for cloud-native applications and AI services. Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Terragrunt, and Ansible to enable consistent and automated deployments. Design and implement reusable deployment templates, accelerators, and onboarding frameworks to enable rapid region-wise deployments and expansion. Deploy, manage, and support containerized microservices on Kubernetes, ensuring high availability, reliability, and scalability. Implement and enhance monitoring, observability, alerting, and incident management using CloudWatch, Grafana, Splunk, SNS, and SQS. Develop and support GenAI solutions, including AI Agents, Skills, RAG pipelines, and AWS Bedrock-based services for enterprise applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive platform modernization, automation, operational excellence, and AI-driven engineering practices. Required Skills 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, SonarQube, deployment automation, and release management. Strong hands-on expertise with AWS services, including EC2, EKS, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, SNS/SQS, and Lambda. Experience with Kubernetes (EKS), Docker, and deployment of large-scale cloud-native microservices, maven Hands-on experience with Terraform, Terragrunt, Ansible, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices. Strong experience with monitoring, observability, troubleshooting, and production support using DataDog, Splunk, and CloudWatch. Experience designing reusable deployment templates and multi-region deployment frameworks. Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience delivering global or region-wise deployments using configuration-driven deployment models. Experience with AWS Bedrock Agents, AgentCore, vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search solutions. Knowledge of AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar technologies. Exposure to AI-powered DevOps capabilities such as intelligent monitoring, automated RCA, and self-healing systems. Knowledge of SRE practices, performance engineering, capacity planning, and cloud cost optimization. AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, DevOps, or Cloud certifications. Pay Range: $1,00,000-$1,20,000/Annum (Canadian Dollars) Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.

Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
